Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, email support@techtee.com with your order number.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind or size preference, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, TechTee covers the full return shipping cost. Cloud Titanium members enjoy free returns on every order, regardless of reason.
Can I return the underwear or hygiene-sensitive items?
For health and hygiene reasons, all underwear, intimate apparel, and hygiene-sensitive items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged or defective—what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@techtee.com with your order number and photos of the issue. TechTee will cover all return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer one free size exchange per order. If you need a different size, please reach out to us first instead of returning for refund and reordering.Return to get your item swapped for your desired size at no extra cost.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
I have not received my refund?
Canceled Orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
Credit Card Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
PayPal Refunds
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (or $50 USD). Cloud Black members get free shipping on orders over $69 CAD. Cloud Titanium members enjoy free shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 1–2 business days
- Canada: 3–6 business days
- United States: 2–5 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
- Other GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear. You can also visit our order tracking page.
My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us, so we may sort it out with the carrier.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@techtee.com. We'll try to correct it before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. TechTee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

What collections does TechTee offer?

Does TechTee ever go on sale?
Never. TechTee does not discount publicly — ever. Pricing is consistent year-round with no seasonal sales or markdowns. Discounts are a private privilege for TechTee Cloud members only.
What fit does TechTee use?
All TechTee garments are designed in a Classic Fit — a relaxed, true-to-body cut with room to move comfortably. It's not oversized, but it's not slim-fit either. You'll have a clean, structured silhouette without feeling restricted.
What if I'm between sizes?
When in doubt, size up. Our Classic Fit already has a relaxed structure, so going up ensures you get the full intended look and comfort — especially across the shoulders and chest.
Can I refer to a size chart?
Yes — each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, waist, and length measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering, especially if it's your first TechTee purchase.
How does TechTee sizing work?
Our sizing is engineered from thousands of body profile data points to fit 90% of physiques right out of the box — no guesswork. If you're unsure of your size, check the product page for specific guidance or reach out before ordering.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at support@techtee.com with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee modifications once the item has been picked or packed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) at checkout, processed securely via Shopify.
I haven't received my confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. You can also log in to techtee.com/account to view your order history. If you still need help, contact support@techtee.com.

What fabrics does TechTee use?
TechTee uses performance-driven fabrics selected for modern daily wear, travel, work, and movement.
Depending on the product, our fabrics may include features such as stretch, breathability, moisture management, wrinkle resistance, and easy-care performance.
Each TechTee item is designed to feel comfortable, look clean, and support real-life use throughout the day. For exact fabric composition and product-specific features, please refer to the individual product page.
How should I wash and care for my TechTee items?
TechTee is designed to be easy to care for.
We recommend washing cold with similar colours, using mild detergent, and avoiding bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat, as it may affect fit, colour, and fabric performance over time. Do not iron directly on prints, logos, or heat-transfer elements.
For best results, always follow the care label on your specific item.
